Our Unlimited Pink Plan for $125 has turned out not to be unlimited. Some users are experiencing throttling when hitting a limit of 200-400GB of data. We have no way to tell exactly. We have come up with 3 replacement plans though. They do require a new modem that we will ship you free of charge and there is no cost to switch. You would still be under no contract and can cancel anytime by returning the modem. Our new options are the Unlimited Pink Plan and the Unlimited Red Plan that works off of the Verizon towers. Unfortunately, these plans cost us more money so we had to raise the price to $145/mo. We also have our new Purple Plans that work off of Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile’s network. The Purple Plan does require purchase of the device for $135. To try another plan please click here and submit a service ticket. We will ship your new modem right away and send a return label to send us the old modem back.
We also understand if you would like to discontinue service. Please let us know if you would like to cancel your service and need a return label for the modem and we will get your account canceled and any refund you may have coming.
