Is there a credit check or contract required?
No & no. The service is month to month. You pay for your first month's service when you sign up. You'll then be charged once a month for the service until you cancel the service. Just return the equipment to cancel.
How does the 14 day trial period work?
Sign up on our web-site and we will send you an activated ready to use plug & play 4G Internet Modem. Try is for 14 days. If it doesn't meet your needs simply return the modem with the provided return label and we will refund you.

How do I cancel my service?
If you would like to cancel your service simply return the modem with the provided return label and we will cancel your service and issue any refunds that you may have coming. If you need a return label please click here and submit a service ticket.
